We’ve arranged special discounted rooms at six hotels for conference participants. Five are centrally located in Helsinki, just a short walk from the metro and the social program venues. One hotel is conveniently near the Aalto University campus in Espoo.
Reserved and discounted rooms at the Sokos and Radisson hotels will be available for booking until May 26, 2026. However, half of them will be released for general booking on May 13, 2026. Discounted single-room rates range from €130 to €155 and can be accessed with booking code BESPE26.
